~U~SDAY,JULY 8,19~.
A call and waiver of a mo~eli, of a special meeting of the city council of the City of
South San }rancisco,was issued by the City attorney, of which the following is a copy;-
"The undersigned, members of the city Council of the City of South San Francisco,h~reby
call a special meeting of slid City Council to be held in the Coune~l Chamber in the Cit}
Hall in said city on Thursday,Jul} 5th,1~45~ at the hour of 9,~0 o'cloc~ P.N., for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a resolution to authorize the execution of~a contract between
the Cit~ of South San Francisco, tt~e Cit} of San bruno and the United States of America for
the maintenance and operation of an outfall sewer line in said city and also for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a contract between the CitN of South San Francisco and the
City of.San Bruno and the United States of America for the construction of an outfall sewer
line in said city; and we hereby waive notice of said meeting and consent to the transaction
thereat of all such business as may regularl} come before said meeting".

RESOIUT!ON NO.lOll.
Councilman ~!inucciani introduced a resolution of the Cit~ Council of the City of South
San Francisco entering into an agreemant between the City of San Bruno,South San Francisco and
the United States Of America for t~e construction of an outfall sewer line. The
resolution was~aSopted by the votes of all the members of the city council present,as follows,
Ayes,councilmen,Victor ooido,Charles K.Elder, ~}eorge ~.Eolston, ~.~inucciani .
Noes,Councilmen,Eone.
Absent, councilmen, Ivan ~.Eays. Daniel ~cSweeney.

There being no further business before the board councilman EloPer moved to adjourn until
Tuesday,July loth,1945, at 7;ZO o'clock P.~¥1. The motion was seconded by councilman Boido and
