COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
.The undersigned, being all the members ~of the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, txereby call a special meeting of said City Council to be
held in the council chamber of said City Council, ~in the City Itall of said City,
on Saturday the 23rd day of February, 1946, at the hour of 9:40 o'clock a. m.~
for the purpose o£ appointing ~a city clerk in the place and. stead of Daniel
McSweeney, decesaed; and ~we ~er~eby waive .notice of said meeting and"consent to the
transaction thereat of all such business as may regularly come before said meeting.

MINUTES:
DUe to the death ~of City Clerk Daniel McSweeney, Councilman
Chas. K. Elder acted as Clerk pro tempore.
The reading of the minutes of the two previous meetings was
dispensed with.
RESOLUTION
Appointment of
City Clerk
Councilman Minucciani introduced a,resolution of the City of
South San Francisco appointing Elizabeth Ottenfield City Clerk
of the City of South San Francisco. The resolution was adopted
by t~e unanimous vote of all members of the City Council.

ADJOURN~NT TO
February 26. 1946 On motion by Councilman Minucolani, seconded by Councilman Boido
and regularly carried, the City Council adjoured to Tuesday evening,
February 26, 1946, at ?:00 o'clock P. M.
