Works Engiueer Charles T. B~oughton submitted the final map of
Rancho Burl Burl Scut'% San Francisco, Cal for the approval of the
City Council.
Councihnan Minucciani introduced a resolution of the City of South
San ~$ancisco accppting the off6r of dedication of streets and
other public rights of ways on map entitled Burl Buri Rancho
South San Francisco. Calif. The resolution was adopted by the
unanimous vote of ail m~nbers of the City Council. Recorded
in Vol. 4, Book of- Resolutions page $~.
Steven L. Bache, Jr. made application to engage in used car
business at 1025 Baysnore Blvd. On motion duly made and re-
guiarly carried permission was granted.
City Attorney Coleberd reported to the City Council that tne
case of Ghiozzi vs. City of~ South San Francisco was finished.
He advised that Mr. Kingman, attorney for Ghiozzi appealed the
cruse ~to the Sunreme Court but lost his case and that the City
of South San F~ncisco won the case.
City Attorney Coleberd advised the City Council that Mr.
8toutenberg advised him that a contract was let for the removal
of the Acme Sign, and weather permitting they would commence re-
moval the latter part of the week.
COUNC!I2~IAN elder reported that ~,',r. Ratto asked him about the pur-
chase of the property on Baden Avenue for t~e fire house site.
After discussion Councilman Boido and Fi~e Chief Welte were author-
ized to make an offer of $~500.00 to Mr. Ratto for Lots 28 and 27
Block l~l.
On motion by Councilman Elder, seconded by_Council_man
~f. inucciani and regularly carried the 'City Council adjourned to
Friday ~arch 22, 1O~8, at 7:~0 o'clock p. m.
