On motion of Councilman Elder, seconded by councilman Sani, and regularly
carried councilman Holston scted~as ~ayor.
CALL TO ORDER: Acting ~ayor Eolston called the meeting to order at V:~O p~m.
~INUTES: Reading~inutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.

ordinance No. l~, covering parcel of land described as Lot 0 Block "A ~'
Eap of Peck's Subdivision No. l, had its first reading and was laid
over to come up again at the next meeting for final reading.
