Present: Councilmen Geo.'~.Holston, Chas.E.Elder, Leo Ferko,
Adolph Sani, and Emilio Cortesi.
~ayor Leo Ferko called the meeting to order at lO~ :~0 p~.m.
The City Clerk, having forwarded copy of the minutes of the meeting of
June .~rd to all members of the city council Mayor Ferko asked if
any errors or omissions were noted. There being~ none minutes
~were approved as submitted.
RESOLUTION ~lllM: Councilman Sani introduced a resolut.i, on of the city of South San
Mayfair Village Francisco approving map entitled "Mayfair Village ~ap No.~" and
Map No.q. accepting offer of dedication of all streets and avenues as designated.
on said map. The resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all
members of the city council. Recorded in Volmr~e ~ of Book of Resolut-
ions on Page 87.
KEEBLE
BLASTING:
Edward Keeble addressed a communication to the city council asking
permission to blast in Parcel ~ Zone H sub~ect to all restrictions
of the city ordinance. Councilman Elder made a motion, seconded by
councilman Ho!ston, that permission to blast be granted on deposit of
the proper insurance policy. Motion was regularly carried.
SELER CO~' ±itA~l:
A representative of ~.~cGuire ~ Hester was present and desired to know
the status of the sewer contract. He was assured by the council
members that t~e contract would be let as soon as a legal opinion was
obtained on the bonds.
AS~Si.~I The city council brou!~!'ht up the subject of the need of additional
II[CREASE:i~revenue to meet increased personnel, salaries, and material costs and
felt the assessor should increase the assessed values a~proximstely
15~ to meet this need.

On motion 0y councilman Holston, seconded by councilman Sani, and
regularly carried, the meeting' adjourned to !'~[onday evening, June 17th,
