Present: Councilmen Geo.U.Holmton, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani,Emilio Cortesi.
Absent: Councilman Chas .K.Elder.
Nayor Leo Ferko called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
The City Clerk, having forwarded copy of the minutes of t~'~e previous
meeting to all members of the city council ?~Iayor Ferko asked if any
errors or omissions were noted. There being none the minutes were
approved as submitted.
RESOL~UION #1119:
EL~ COURT PLANS
& SPECIFICATIONS:
Councilman Sani introduced a resolution of tke City of South San
Francisco approving plans and specifications for the improvement of
streets in Elm Court. The resolution was adopted by t~e unanimous vote
of t~e members of the council present. Recorded in Book of Resolution~s
Volume 4 on Page 91.
RESOLUTION #1120: Councilman Cortesi introduced a resolution of the city of South San

OF-WAY IN MAYFAIR: ment Company conveys to the city a rijht-of-way to certain land in
Mayfair Village. The resolution was adopted by t±'~e unanimous vote of
the members of the counc~.l present. Recorded in Vo!~ume 4, Book of
Resolutions, on Page 91.

The ~rcoran Co. addressed a communication to the city council asking
permission to increase the size of a sign at Linden Ave. and Bayshore
Highway. On motion of councilmaa Holston, seconded by councilman
Cortesi, and regularly carried the request was denied.
Councilm~n Elder arrived just as the meeting was closing.
ADJOURNMENT
TO JULY lst:
On motion of councilman Holston, seconded by councilman S~a~ ancl
regularly carried, the meeting adjourned to Monday evening, July 1st
at 8:00 o:!clock p.m.
