TUESDAY, AUGUST ~0, 1946.
ROLL C~:r Present: Geo. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, E.Cortesi.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ferko called the meeting to order at V:O0 o'clock p.m.
MINUTES: Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
Bills totaling $13,229.84 were presented by Wilsey,Broughton & Longson.
On motion of councilman Elder, seconded by councilman Holston, and re-
gularly carried bills covering Brentwood No.2 - $6182.21 and Mayfair No.2
$2158.72, were ordered paid as soon as the necessary funds were available.
On motion of councilman Sani, seconded by councilman Holston, and regular-
ly carried, bills in the amount of $4262.91 were approved for payment.
On motion of councilman Holston, seconded by councilman Elder, the City
Council adjourned to Wednesday, August 21st, at ll:O0 a.m.
Time of Adjournment 7:20 p.m.

As there was not a quorum present councilman Holston moved, seconded by
councilman Cortesi, that the meeting adjourn ~ntil Monday, August ~6,
1948, at 7:00 o'clock p.m.
