CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATED BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS HANDBOOK
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has a wealth of citizens involved in the
betterment of the community; and
WHEREAS, there are a number of vital advisory boards to the Council upon which
community members devote their time and talent; and
WHEREAS,from time to time it is useful to update the Boards and Commissions Handbook
to reflect updated information and changing needs and priorities.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Boards and Commissions Handbook presented
on March 25, 2015 and attached hereto for reference.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of March,
2015 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Karyl Matsumoto, Pradeep Gupta, and Liza Normandy
Vice Mayor Mark N. Addiego and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
