SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO HELD MONDAY, MA~H 29, 19&8.
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco was called
for 5:10 o'clock p.m. March 29, 19~8 for the purpose o~ acting upon a proposition to
request the ~ar Assets Administration-to reserve an easement for the maintenance of
a sewer in the Belair tract..
ROLL CALL:
CALL TO ORDER:
Present: Councilmen Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Absent: Councilman G. W. Holston.
Mayor Ferko called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m..
Councilman Elder introduced a resolution requesting that the War Assets Administration
reserve, in any conveyance of the Belair property, in. said City, an easement, twenty
feet in width in favor of the City of South San Francisco ~hd the City of San Bruno
for the maintenance of the outfall sewer heretofore constructed and now located in
said land. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote Of all members of the
City Council present..
ADJOURNMENT:
On.motion of Councilman Sani, seconded-by Councilman Elder and regularly carried the
meeting was adjourned.to April 5, 19~8-at 8:00 p.m.
