CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE WAGE RATE SALARY
SCHEDULE FOR HOURLY JOB CLASSIFICATIONS, TO BE
EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2015
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco ("City") seeks to adjust the wage rates for
hourly job classifications for various non-represented City employees; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed changes to salary ranges are set forth in the Proposed Hourly
Schedule Changes, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference; and,
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council approval the wage rate adjustments
for these hourly job classifications.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby approves the salary schedule changes for the hourly job classifications, as set
forth in the Proposed Hourly Schedule Changes, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated
herein by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the hourly schedule changes shall become effective
on April 24, 2015.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager, or his designee is authorized to
execute any required documents or take any other actions consistent with the intent of this
resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of
April, 2015 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Karyl Matsumoto, Pradeep Gupta, and Liza Normandy and
Vice Mayor Mark N. Addiego
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
