CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH DEBORAH GLASSER
LABOR RELATIONS, LLC, FOR LABOR NEGOTIATION
SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, staff recommends amending the Consultant Services Agreement
("Agreement") with Deborah Glasser Labor Relations, LLC ("Consultant"), for provision of
labor negotiation services; and
WHEREAS, staff will use Consultant's labor negotiation services, as needed, to
supplement the efforts of the Human Resources Department; and
WHEREAS, an additional $40,000 is recommended to be added to the agreement in a
contract amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby amends the Consultant Services Agreement to Deborah
Glasser Labor Relations, LLC; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
the documents necessary to effectuate the amendment on behalf of the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adoted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13 day of
May, 2015 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Karyl Matsumoto,Pradeep Gupta,and Liza Normandy
Vice Mayor Mark N. Addiego and Mayor Richard A.Garbarino
