RESOLUTION NO. 150-81
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING
THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY GATEWAY
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT 1982 TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS AND NOTES
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") is
a duly constituted public body, corporate and politic, established pursuant to
the Coffmunity Redevelopment Law of the State of California (the "Law"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the Agency has duly authorized the
issuance of $12,000,000 principal amount of its South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency Gateway Redevelopment Project 19~2 Tax Allocation Bonds;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the City Council of the South San
Francisco has reviewed said financing as proposed and wishes to declare its
approval thereof in accordance with Section 33640 of the Health and Safety
Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO as follows:
1. The issuance by The South San Francisco Redevelopment. Agency of
$12,000,000 principal amount of its South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
Gateway Redevelopment Project 1982 Tax Allocation Bonds and Notes is hereby
approved.
2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.

Agency of the City of South San Francisco held on the 3rd day of December,
1981, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room, Municipal Services Building,
33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, was adjourned to
Tuesday, December 15, 1981, at 4:30 p.m. at Homart Development Company,
480 Industrial Way, South San Francisco, California.
