NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
This is to notify you pursuant to the Government Code that a special
meeting is called for Monday, February 8, 1960, at 7:30 p.mo in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco.
This meet, lng is called for the purpose of considering the granting
to the General Aniline & Film Corporation the right to pave and use
a 20 ft. City Easement.

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO HELD MONDAY,
FEBRUARY 8, 1960
7:30 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rocca at 7:42 p.m.

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, E~ilio Cortesi, Leo J. Rya~
and Patrick E. Ahern
None
City Attorney Noonan stated that although the special called meeting was
set for the Council Chambers, due to the fact that they were to be used by
the Boy Scouts this evening, a notice had been prepared which the City
Clerk had posted on the Council Chambers' doors advising of the transfer
of the meeting place from the Council Chambers to the Council's Caucus Rooe
and also announced in the Council Chambers prior to the meeting that the
meeting place had been changed.
City Attorney Noonan then briefly explained the reason for the special
called meeting which concerned the granting of a right to pave and use
the surface of a 20 foot easement running along and within the easterly
property line of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4, South San Francisco Industrial
Park Unit No. 1, after which Councilman Ahern introduced: "A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE GRANTI]
OF A PERMIT TO USE AN EASEMENT'. Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and Patr:
E. Ahern.
Councilman Rozzi moved, seconded by Councilman Ahern and regularly carried
that the meeting be adjourned.
