CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH
TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES
(T.E.A.) FOR POLICE RADIO SYSTEM ENGINEERING AND
MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR A THREE YEAR TERM IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $170,460.00
WHEREAS, staff recommends authorizing a contract with T.E.A for police radio
system engineering and maintenance services for a three year term in an amount not to exceed
$170,460.00; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project is include in the City of South San Francisco's
Police Department Fiscal Year's Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco authorizes the contract for police radio system engineering and maintenance services
for a three year term in an amount not to exceed$170,460.00.
BE IT FUTURE RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
contracts on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of June
2015 by the following vote:
