The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ahem at 7:30 p.m.

Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew
Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, and Frank Bertucelli.

RESOLUTION NO. 368~

1963:
Iu the absence of City Attorney Noonan, the City Clerk explained
the resolution which had been prepared concerning the setting of
a Public Hearing for the removal of weeds. After ex~lauatiou,
Councilman Rozzi introduced a resolution entitled: A RESOLU-
TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DECLARING WEEDS UPON STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND VACANT AND UNIM-
PROVED PROPERTY TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND FIXING THE TIME FOR
PUBLIC HEARING AND ORDER ABATING SAID NUISANCE".
Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E.
Aheru, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, and Frank
Bertucelli. Noes, none. Absent, none.
AD JOURNMENT:
There being nothing further, Councilman Rozzi moved, seconded
by Councilman Rocca and regularly carried, that the meeting be
adjourned until Monday, Ma~ch 4, 1963, at 8:00 p.m.
