Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, E~ilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca,
G. J. Rozzi, and Frank BertuceLli.
None.
City Attorney Noonan remarked that if Co'mcil was prepared to proceed on
the matter of the Westborough Annexation, it would Be well for Council
to first initiate the action by a motion, after which it couhl ~lopt its
Resolution of Intention.
The City Attorney further remarked that Jouneil could a~opt the
following motion: "Move that the Cit2 Council initiate the annexation
of the undeveloped territory ~ as We ltborough as set forth in the
description shown as 160-0106 lO, dated Rugu~t 12, 1963, H~H/cm and mep
drawing No. 160.0106.30.D1, dated August 16, 1963".
Councilman Rocca so moved, seconded by Comncilman Rozzi. Councilman
Cortesi remarked that he Itood for the r~ferendum action last ttae and
was still of that opinion at this time; he abstained frc~ voting at
this time.
Roll call vote was aa follow~: Ayes, Councilmn G. J. Rozzi, Andrew
Rocca, Frank Bertucelli, and Patrick E. Ahem. Noes, none. Absent,
none. ABstaining, Councilman Emilio Cortest.
City Attorney Noonan then explained the resolution which had Been
prepare~ for adoption, which requires two (2) publications and a hearing
twenty (20) day~ after the second publication. The date of the public
hearing then ~ set for the ~eeting of October 7, 1963.
Councilman Bertucelli then introduced: "RESOLI~ION DECIARI~ THAT

Roll call vote ~ a~ follow~: Ayes, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew
Rocca, Frank Bertucelli, and Patrick E. Ahem. Noes, none. ABsent,
none. Abs+~ining, Councilman E~ilio Cortesi.
Councilman Rozzi moved, seconded by Councilmen Rocca and regularly
carried, that the meeting be a~J~Ax-ned ~o Tueld~y, Se~r 3' 1963,
at 8:00 p.m.
