NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
This is to notify you pursuant to the Government Code ~hat a special meeting
is called for Monday, June 29, 1964, at 5:30 o'clock, p.m., iu the Council Chambers,
City Hall, South San Francisco, California.
This meeting is called for the purpose of considering and authorizing the exe-
cution of an Agreement locating a twenty foot right of way fron Butler Road across the
lands of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes to the lands of South San Francisco.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Patrick E. Ahem at
5:30 p.m.
Council Chambers, City Hall.
Present:
Absent:
Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli,
Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
None.
City Attorney Noonan explained the easement which had been
granted in 1928, stating that Cabot, Cabot & Forbes were sell-
ing Lot 14 in their Industrial Tract, ~hat this easement was
located there and that it was the intention to relocate it on
Lot 15 with the permanent location to be fixed at a later date.
He further commented that the City's right was preserved under
the 1928 grant and that this action would allow the recordation
of the map and closure of the deal by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes.
He next explained the resolution which had been prepared, after
which Councilman Rocca introduced: -"CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA -- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED .AGREEMENT LOCATING EASE-
MENT' SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3-A".
Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Patrick.E.
Aheru, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and
Guido J. Rozzi. Noes, none. Absent, none.
Councilman Rocca moved, seconded by Councilman Bertucelli and
re~Alarly carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
