Ahem at 7t38 p.m. Present= Absent= Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido $o Rozzio None, CABOT & FORBES IND. PARK, UNIT NO. 2~ o%o Communication dated December 4, 1964, was =eceived from Wilsey, Ham & Blair requesting a Grading Permit for Cabot, Cabet & Forbes Industrial Park, Unit No. 2. This request was accompanied by an Inter-Office Memorandum dated December 9, 1964, from the Director of Pubkic Works recommending the granting of the Grading Permit, subject to six conditions. City Attorney Noonan commented that a resolution had been prepared for intro- duction if Council so desired. He further commented that the financing was being worked out by Mr. Ernest Wilson of the firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones and Morton. RESOLUTION NO. 4101 GRADING PERNIT - CABOT & FORBES IND. PARK, UNIT NO. 21 Councilman Rozzi then introduced a resolut:on entitled~ "CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRADING PERMIT TO CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CN,IFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC,, UNIT #2". Roll call vote was as follows~ Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi. Noes, none. Absent, none. RESOLUTION NO. 4102 EXECUTION OF DEED TO SSF SCAVENGER CO.~ City Attorney Noonan at this time commented that some time previously an agree- ment had been executed between the Scavenger Company and the City!regardin~ the exchange of land with a Deed to be executed by the Scavenger Company to the City, and one by the City to the Scave,ger Company. He then explained' the resolution, after which there followed a discussion on the size of the land to be exchanged, and the value. Councilma~ Rocca then introducedia resolution entitled~ "CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAM FRANCISCO, STATE OF cALIFORNIA - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DE2D TO THE SOUTH SAN-FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY". Roll call vote was as followsl Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi. Noes, none. Absent, none. ORDINANCE -- City Attorney Noonan next explained the ordinance which had been prepared and AMENDING ORDINANCE was ready for:first reading and introduction, stating that it waslto amend NO. 297 - SIZE Ordinance No. 297. Discussion followed concerning the size and shape of lots, AND SHAPE OF LOTSs square footage of the areas, Planned Unit development and its effects. Fur- 1st Reading/Introduction ther discussion followed, after which the City Attorney stated that if Council wished a motion could he adopted that reading of the ordinance iniits entirety ~ ~ ~ 7 be waived and that it have its first reading and introduction by the reading of title only. Councilmen Bertucelli so meved, seconded hy Councilmen Rocca and regularly carried. City Attorney Noon~n then stated that a mOtion could be adopted that an ordinance entitled~ "Al/ ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 297, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO' ADOPTED ON MAY 8, 1960" be introduced, read- ing in its entirety having been duly waive¢. Councilman Rocca soi moved, seconded by Councilman Rozzi. Roll call vote was as follows~ Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem' Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, ~nd Guido J. Rozzi. Noes, none. Absent, none. TRAFFIC CIRCULATION STUDY - AIRPORT BOULEVARD~ City Manager Aiello at this time brought to Council attention theproposal of Wilsey, Ham & Blair concerning a circulation study along Airport Boulevard. He commented that the proposal would study all the information concerning the area, work up the figures as well as the estimate of cost. He also stated that this would he a study of the intercharge and traffic relief.! City Manager Aiello requested authorization to proceed with the contract. DisCussion fol- lowed concerning traffic conditions and cloverleaf location. Souncilman Rocca then moved, seconded by Councilman Bertucelli and regularly carried, that the City Manager he authorized to enter into an agreement with ~ilsey, Ham & Blair to prepare a circulation study. ADJOURNmeNT ~ 'There being nothing further, Councilman Ro2zt moved, seconded by Councilman ~occa and regularly carried, that the meeting be adjourned to December 21, 1964, at 8100 p.m. Time of adjournment~ 8~00 p.m. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED,
