The meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor 3uido J. Rozzi at 7sO0 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
Presents Councilmen Emilio Cortesi, Patrick E. Ahem, Andrew Rocca and
Guido J. Rozzi
Absents Mayor Frank J. Bertucelli
Vice Mayor Rozzt explained that the meeting had been adjourned to this evening
at 7~00 p.m. from the regular meeting of August 2, 1965 so that Council could
co~sider the Use Permit of the Planning Co[~ission as applied for by Caesar-
Ca[lan Homes for a Planned Unit "D" in West Park Planned Community No. 1.
Gizy Clerk reported that the City Attorney hac left with him the title of a
resolution which Council could adopt f.f they were prepared to act on the
Planning Commission's recommendation.
Received from the Planning Commission were the following documents with regard
to ~he subject matters
1. Resolution No. 1948 entitled~ "A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CO~ISSION
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO R~O~I~ENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL
APPROVAL OF THE USE PEPJ~IT APPLICATICN OF CAESAR-CALLAN HO~ES TO
PEP~IT A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN A PLANNED CO~UNITY DISTRICT
(ORDINANCE NO. 511 WEST PARK PLANNED ~O~J~UNITY) SUBDIVISION MAP OF
WESTBOROUG~ WEST PARK UNIT NO. 1, PLANNED UNIT "D", BEING A RESI-
DENTIAL PLANNED UNIT CONTAINING AN AREA OF 7.069 ACRES OF LAND."

Councilman Ahem then introduced a resolution entitleds "A RESOLUTION GRANTING

CALL HO~ES, INC. IN WEST PARK PLANNED GO~t~JNITY UNIT #1, PLANNED UNIT 'D'."
Roll call vote was as followss Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, Andrew Rocca,
Emi_lo Cortesi and Guido J. Rozzi. Noes, none. Absent, Mayor Frank J. Bertucelli
The=e being nothing further, Councilman Rocca moved, seconded by Councilman Ahem
and regularly carried that the meeting be adjourned to Monday, August 16, 1965 at 8s00 p.m.
