CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT
WITH DARYL D.JONES,INC.FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS
ENGINEERING AND POLICE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR A TWO YEAR TERM IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $398,000.00
WHEREAS, staff recommends authorizing renewal of an existing contract for
telecommunications engineering and police information technology management for a two
year term in the amount not to exceed $398,000.00; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project is include in the City of South San Francisco's
Police Department Fiscal Year's Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco authorizes the renewal of an existing contract for telecommunications engineering and
police information technology management for a two year term in the amount not to exceed
$398,000.00.
BE IT FUTURE RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
contracts on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
