City Attorney Noonan remarked that the developers of Westborough were in a position
to release the fire station site to the City at this time and that the release would
be in escrow with other financing matters. He explained a resolution would be all
that would be required at this time after which Councilman Bertucelli introduced the
resolution entitleds "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING E~ECUTIOM OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT,
WESTPARK I AND 2 (TO THE ~T TO AC~EEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 1966) AMD
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATED THERETO."
Roll call vote was as foll~wss Ayes, Councilmer Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli,
Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi. Hoes, none. Abeent, none.
There being nothing further, Councilman Rozzi moved, seconded by Councilman Rocca
and regularly carried, that the meeting be adJotrned to Tuesday, July 25, 1967
at 7s30 p.m.
