ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
Recited.
4:38 p.m. Mayor Addiego presiding.
Council present: Nicolopulos, Teglia,
Damonte, Acosta and
Addiego.
Council absent: None.
Assistant City Manager Wilson stated
that the City had received
preauthorization from the FAA to
file a formal application for the
insulation of homes against Airport
noise. He explained that the
application had to be filed by August
1, 1983, and commented on the measures
which had been taken by the City in
this regard.
Discussion followed concerning the
Categorical Exemption which had
been filed in regard~to,~the application
for noise insulation.
Mayor Addiego stated that the San
Mateo County Development Association
would be honoring United Airlines
on May 19, 1983, and requested that
Councilmembers attend the fund~ion.
Discussion followed concerning the
members of Council who would be
attending the function and that
Councilmembers from neighbori~ng,
cities should be contacted regaroing
the function.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session
at 4:49 p.m., for the discussion of
personnel matters, labor relations and
litigation.

The meeting was recalled to order at
6:20 p.m., all Council present, no
action taken.
Discussion ensued concerning the
readiness of a Resolution of
Affiliation with the City of
Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.
M/S Damonte/Acosta - That'the meeting
be adjourned to Wednesday, May 11, 1983,
at 6:00 p.m., at the Municipal Services
Building, Community Room, 33 Arroyo Brive,
South San Francisco, California.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
The meeting was adjourned at 6~22 p.m.
