5:06 p.m. Mayor Drago presiding.
Council present:

Haffey, Nicolopulos,
Penna, and Drago.
Teglia.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
the Leaning Tower Restaurant at 5:06 p.m.
for the purpose of the discussion of per-
sonnel matters, and possible litigation.
Councilwoman Teglia arrived at the Closed
Session at 5:20 p.m.
Councilman Haffey left the Closed Session
at 7:20 p.m. and did not return to the
meeting.
Mayor Drago recalled the meeting to order
at 8:45 p.m., all Council present, no
action was taken.
M/S Teglia/Penna - To adjourn the
meeting.
Time of adjournment was 8:45 p.m
