Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
4:36 to discuss property negotiations re:
Oyster Point Marina pursuant to G.C.
54956.8, labor negotiations re: F.L.S.A.
and reclassifications pursuant to G.C.
54957.6, and litigation pursuant to G.C.
54956.9(c) re: South City Ford.
Vice Mayor Teglia arrived at the meeting
at 4:40 p.m.
Mayor Penna recalled the meeting to order
at 7:00 p.m., all Council present, no
action was taken.
M/S Teglia/Drago - To adjourn the
meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 7:01 p.m.
