negotiations and litigation.

7:13 p.m. Mayor Pro Tern Drago presiding.
Council Present: Fernekes, Yee, and Drago.
Council Absent: Teglia, and Penna.
Council interviewed the following applicants for
Boards and Commissions: Eva Wright, and Lenny
Patane.
Mayor Penna arrived at the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Council interviewed the following applicants for
Boards and Commissions: Cynthia Fitzgibbon,
Mario Cutrufelli, Robert Masuda, Arturo Senares,
and William Zemke.
Vice Mayor Teglia arrived at the meeting at 8:12
p.m.
Council continued interviews of the following appli-
cants: Louis (Ted) Bartel, Frank D'Alessandro,
Betty Dong, Rick Levine, Ronald Burgess, and
Lloyd Barry.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 9:10 p.m.
for discussion of the City Attorney's annual evalua-
tion pursuant to GC 54957.
Mayor Penna recalled the meeting to order at 9:25
p.m., all Council present, no action was taken.
Council continued interviews of the following appli-
cants: Robert Mowat, and Robert Henning.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 9:46 p.m.
for the continued discussion of the City Attorney's
