negotiations and litigation, and the yearly
evaluation of the City Manager.

7:06 p.m. Mayor Teglia presiding.
Council Present: Drago, Penna, Teglia, and Yee.
Council Absent: Fernekes.
AGENDA REVIEW
City Manager Armas stated that there were no
changes to the Agenda.
CLOSED SESSION
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 7:06 p.m.
to discuss the yearly evaluation of the City Manager
and moved the meeting to the Leaning Tower
Restaurant.
Mayor Teglia recalled the meeting to order at 11:40
p.m., ail Council present, no action was taken.
M/S Teglia/Yee to adjourn the meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 11:40 p.m.
