NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California, that
the South San Francisco City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, the
6th day of January 1993, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San
Francisco, California.
Purpose of the meeting:
Closed Session for the purpose of discussion of personnel matters, labor relations, property negotiations
and litigation, and discussion of the process for selection of the City Manager.

Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 4:09 p.m.,
to discuss McKenzie vs. S.S.F. pursuant to GC
54956.9(a); S.S.F. vs. International Inns, Inc. pur-
suant to GC 54956.9(a); and City Manager's con-
tract pursuant to GC 54957, as well as other items
listed on the agenda.
Mayor Teglia recalled the meeting to order at 6:25
p.m., all Council was present, no action was taken.
M/S Penna/Fernekes - To adjourn the meeting to
Wednesday, January 13, 1993, 3:00 p.m., City
Council Conference Center Room, City Hall, to
interview executive search firms.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
