CALL TO ORDER: (Cassette No. 1)
ROLL CALL:
Mayor Teglia Arrived at the Meeting:
Closed Session for the purpose of the discussion of
personnel matters, labor relations, property negotia-
tions, litigation and recruitment of City Manager.
It is Assumed that Vice Chairman Fernekes arrived at the
meeting.

ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
6:29 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Penna presiding.
Council Present: Drago, Yee, and Penna.
Council Absent: Femekes, and Teglia.
Mayor Teglia arrived at the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Interim City Manager Mattel stated that due to a
limited number of agenda items for the 2/10/93
meetings she was recommending that the meetings
for 2/10/93 be cancelled, and the items be carried
forward to the next meeting.
Consensus of Council - To direct the City Clerk to
cancel the City Council and Redevelopment Agency
meetings of 2/10/93.
Councilman Drago stated that he thought that Feb-
ruary would be a very heavy month due to items
carried over and the budget.
Interim City Manager Martel stated that there
would be a study session on 2/17/93 that will be
devoted to the budget, however, all information
would not be available by 2/10/93.
Mayor Teglia stated that the Council would continue
the meeting at Bertolucci's Restaurant to discuss the
recruitment of a City Manager pursuant to GC
54058. The time was 6:31 p.m.
Mayor Teglia recalled the meeting to order at 9:35
p.m., all Council present, no action was taken.
