personnel matters, labor relations, property negotia-
tions, litigation and recruitment of City Manager.

4:15 p.m. Mayor Teglia presiding.

Penna.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 4:15 p.m.
to discuss the noticed items and adjourned to
Bertocucci's Restaurant for a dinner meeting.
Councilman Penna arrived at the meeting at 4:30
p.m.
Mayor Teglia recalled the meeting to order at 5:45
p.m., all Council present, no action was taken.
M/S Penna/Drago - To adjourn the meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 5:46 p.m.
