A RESOI,UTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH
STARKWF~kTHER BONDY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO Ir, XCEED
$297,000 FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE
GATEWAY CHII,DCARE CENTER
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the Redevelopment Agency enter into an agreement
with Starkweather Bondy for architectural services related to the Gateway Childcare Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency hereby approves a contract with
Starkweather Bondy in an amount not to exceed $297,000 for architectural services related to the
Gateway Childcare Center.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
12th day of June 2002 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes~ Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto,
Vice-Chair Pedro Gonzalez and Chairman Eugene R. Mullin
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
