CLOSED SESSION
1. Closed Session for the evaluation of the City Manag-
er, pursuant to GC 54957; 2) to meet with designated
representatives - City Manager, Director of Person-
nel, Fire Chief and Negotiator John Hughes regarding
!-- labor relations matters, pursuant to GC 54957.6, the
employee/employer organizations are Fire and
AFSCME Units.

ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
8:40 a.m. Mayor Fernekes presiding.
Council Present: Drago, Penna, Yee and Fernekes.
Council Absent: Teglia.
CLOSED SESSION
Council adjourned to a Closed Session to discuss the
items noticed at 8:40 a.m.
Councilwoman Teglia arrived at the meeting at 8:41
a.m.
Mayor Fernekes left the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
Vice Mayor Yee recalled the meeting to order at
11:13 a.m., all Council present, no action was taken
and direction was given.
M/S Teglia/Drago - To adjourn the meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 11:14 a.m.
