City Manager; pursuant to GC 54957.6, conference with
the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Interim Assis-
tant City Attorney Mattas and Director of Personnel as
Labor Negotiators regarding the Assistant City Attorney.

ADJOURNED SPECIAL MEETING
12:15 p.m. Mayor Fernekes presiding.
Council Present: Drago, Teglia and Fernekes.
Council Absent: Penna and Yee.
City Clerk Battaya stated Vice Mayor Yee was on
vacation.
Interim City Attorney Mattas stated that the Closed
Session item concerning the Assistant City Attorney
was being removed from the Agenda, because it was
improperly noticed.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 12:16 p.m.
to discussed the item noticed.
Councilman Penna arrived at the meeting at 12:27
p.m.
Mayor Fernekes recalled the meeting to order at
2:22 p.m., all Council was present, no action was
taken.
M/S Penna/Teglia - To adjourn the meeting to Fri-
day, 9/2/94, 12:00 p.m., City Council Conference
Room, City Hall for a Closed Session, pursuant to
GC 54957, evaluation of the City Manager.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 2:23 p.m.
