Closed Session, pursuant to GC 54957, evaluation of the
City Manager.
ADJOURNMENT:

ADJOURNED SPECIAL MEETING
12:28 p.m. Mayor Fernekes presiding.
Council Present: Penna, Teglia and Fernekes.
Council Absent: Drago and Yee.
City Clerk Battaya related that Councilman Drago
has a Doctor's appointment and Vice Mayor Yee is
on vacation.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 1:45 p.m.,
all Council was present.
Mayor Fernekes announced that, in the Closed Ses-
sion, the City Council accepted the resignation of
the City Manager. The City Manager will step
down from the position of City Manager effective at
5:00 p.m. on September 6, 1994.

Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 1:44 p.m.
