A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE FY 1995-96 AND AMENDING THE MAS- TER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE THE RATES A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL SEWER RENTAL AND CHARGES FOR 1995-96 PUR- SUANT TO CHAPTER 14.12 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE DJOURNMENT: ACTION TAKEN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING 9:35 a.m. Mayor Yee presiding. Council Present: Drago, Fernekes, Teglia and Yee. Council Absent: Penna. City Clerk Battaya stated that Councilman Penna was on vacation. Interim Director of Public Works Town thanked the Council for continuing this meeting to allow four Councilmembers to be present to vote on this item. He related: there were no changes in the sewer rates to be applied to parcels; the current charges to be applied; commercial rates are based on water usage from the previous year; it is necessary to adopt the Annual Report and forward it to the Coun- ty. Mayor Yee closed the Public Hearing. M/s Teglia/Fernekes - To adopt the two Resolutions. RESOLUTION NO. 77-95 RESOLUTION NO. 78-95 Carried by unanimous voice vote. Consensus of Council - To direct the Clerk to cancel the second meeting in August. M/S Teglia/Drago - To adjourn the meeting. Carried by unanimous voice vote.
