NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California, that
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, the 4th day of June, 1996, at
7:00 p.m. in the City Council Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
Purpose of the meeting:
Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(c): conference with legal counsel - existing
litigation - Molieri claim.

Council Present: Mullin, Penna, Yee and Drago.
Council Absent: Fernekes.
City Clerk Battaya stated Councilman Fernekes
informed her Office that he was ill and unable to
attend tonight's meeting.
Council entered a Closed Session at 7:06 p.m. to
discuss the item noticed.
Mayor Drago recalled the meeting to order at 9:35
p.m., all Council was present, no action was taken.

Carried by unanimous voice vote.
