3. Public Comments
None.
4. Study Session:
EOC training presentation - Susan Kennedy, Management Analyst II, reviewed the
set-up for the center when activated. She presented a visual presentation of the
functions performed in EOC, Council's role, and responded to Council's questions
on items that needed clarification. (Copies of presentation submitted to Council.)
Council was invited to tour the various rooms of the center.

FY 2003-04 Capital Improvement Program Budget - John Gibbs, Public Works
Director and Senior Civil Engineer Chuck reviewed the proposed CIP, briefly
highlighted the new projects, and responded to Council's questions on items that
needed clarification.
Mayor Gonzalez concluded the study session.
Closed Session: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), existing litigation,
Aetna Realty v. City of South San Francisco, and Government Code Section 54956.8 real
property negotiations related to 559 Gateway Boulevard
