meeting to order. Chairman Dworetzky
called the Conference Center Authority to
order.

related to 245 and 275 South Airport Boulevard;
Agency Negotiator: Marty Van Duyn
Under Negotiation: Terms and conditions for purchase of property
Authority Commissioner McGuire recused himself from participating in the Closed Session
due to a potential conflict of interest and left the meeting room.

meeting at 7:05 p.m. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Commissioner daCunha.
