RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said city hereby accepts that certain deed dated
J~nuary 27, 1948, in which South San Francisco L~nd ~nd Improve-
ment Company, ~ Corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the state of California, conveys to said city all
that certain l~nd situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San ~iateo, State of California ~nd described ~s
