A ~ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BET~T~EN SAID CITY AND THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ROD AND GUN CLUB WITH RESPECT
TO SALE AND REMOVAL OF A BUILDING
I~tEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the
South San Francisco Rod and Gun Club desire to enter into a
contract with respect to sale, transfer and use of a buildins
which is for the con,on benefit of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby declare its willingness to enter into such an
asreement with the South San Francisco Rod and Gun CLub in
the form submitted to the City Council. the purpose of the
asreement beinS to transfer the City's interest in said build-
inS to the CLub, relieve City of the expense of cLearinS said
buitdinS from its present site. and promote common benefit of
the City by obZainlnS a contract from Club for City's use when
said buildinS is relocated and remodeled.
BE IT FURTHER RESObVED that the Mayor of said City
is hereby authorized to execute such asreement on behalf of
said City of South San Francisco and the City CLerk is instruct-
ed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the Ci~.?~..~..!.~ ~.: ~
