A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHOILT~INC THE ACCEPT-
ANCE AND ~XECUTION OF A LEASE SUBHITTED BY
THE ROD AND GUN CLUB FOR FREHISES LOCATED OFF
B~ACH ROAD
MHEREAS, the ~od and 0un Club proposes to lease a certain
site more particularly described in a lease dated the 4th day
of l~rch 1957 from the City of South San Francisco for
the purposes of erectinS thereon a Club House for its activities and
~urther provid~nS for the use of said buildins by the City of South
San Francisco, and
bvAERKAS, the City of South San Francisco and the Rod and
Oun Club havenS the mutual interest desire to enter into said lease
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby accept the te~ns of that certain lease dated
the 4th day of March 1957 and authorize its execution,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the City of
