A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT LEASING RAMP
AREA TO THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO OUTBOARD
CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco desires
to lease to the South San Francisco Outboard Club, Inc., that
area designated ramp area for the launching of small boats,
and
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Outboard Club, Inc.,
desires to lease, operate, and maintain said l~nchramp, and
have submitted an agreement containing terms upon which the
premises shall be leased and operated which are;acceptable to
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby accept and
authorize the execution of that certain lease a~reement dated
the 4th day of November 1957, wherein the area
designated ramp area is leased to the South San Francisco Out-
board Club, Inc., for a period of one (1) year terminable on
thrity (30) days notice.
