A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING'
THE TERMS OF THE SMALL CRAFT HARBORS
COt4MISSION~S RESOLUTION APPROVING LOAN
FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED
PERSON TO EXECUTE LOAN AGREEMENT
t/HEREAS, the Small Craft Harbors Co~mission has by
Resolution prescribed the terms of the loan for preparing plans
and the City of South San Francisco does hereby desire to accept
the terms of said resolution and designate the representative
of the City of South San Francisco authorized to execute the
Loan Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Small Craft
Harbors Commissionts Resolution approving the loan for purposes
of preparing plans for a small craft harbor located in the City
of South San Francisco is hereby accepted and the execution of a
contract between the City and the State of California, Department
of Natural Resources, Division of Small Craft Harbors, is hereby
authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Guido Rozzi, Mayor of
the City of South San Francisco be the official designated as
the representative who is authorized to execute the Loan
Agreement and other official documents in connection with the
project and the City Clerk is instructed to attest his
signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
