A RESOLUTION OF THE' CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING
THE TERMS OF THE SMALL CRAFT HARBORS
COMMISSION'S RESOLUTION APPROVING LOAN
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGNATING
AUTHORIZED PERSON TO EXECUTE LOAN
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Ssmll Craft Harbors C~tssion has by
Resolution prescribed the te~..s of the loan for construction
and the City of South San Francisco does hereby desire to
accept the terms of said resolution and designate the represen-
tative of the City of South San Francisco authorized to
execute the Loan Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Small Craft
Harbors Co_mmission's Resolution approving the loan for purposes
of constrUction for a small craft harbor located in thg City of
~uth San Francisco is hereby accepted and the execution of a
contract between the City and the State of California,
Department of Natural Resources, Division of Small Craft
Harbors, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Guido Rozzi, Mayor of
the City of South San Francisco be the offidal desi~nated as
the representative who is authorized to execute the Loan
Agreement and other official documents in connection with the
project and the City Clerk is instructed to attest his
signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
