A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING A REPAIqiENT
A~RERI4~NT, AUTHORL~IN~ ITS EXECUTION, AND
D~SIGNAYII~ REFR~SENTAYIVE AUTIiORIZED TO
~IiEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco desires ~o approve a repayment agreement £or the
repayment of the loan from the Division of Small Craft ~arbors
of the S~ate of California for the planning of a harbor develop-
ment project at South San Francisco, and ~urther to authorize
the execution of said agreement and desisnate the representative
of the City authorized to execute the repayment aSreement,
NOM, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the aSreement entitled,
"Contract Between City of South San Francisco and the State
of California, Department of Natural Resources, Division of
Small Craft Harbors", the same beans in substance and form as
attached hereto and hereby referred to and made a part hereof,
is approved and execution of it is hereby authorized.
SE IT FUI~HER RESOLVED that Andrew Rocca, duly elected
Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, is hereby desisnated
as the representative of the City authorized to execute the
repayment aSreement, and he is hereby authorized to execute it
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and Arthur A.
Rodondi, City Clerk, is instructed to attest his sisnature and
affix thereto the corporate seal of the City of South San Francisco.
