RESOLUTION NO. 2838 ENTITLED, "A RESOLU-
TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING A REPAYMENT
AGRggMgNT, AUTHORLZING ITS F~[gCUTION AND
DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT"
BE ~IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that Resolution No. 2838 entitled,
"A Resolution of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco Approving a Repayment Agreement, Authorizing
its Execution and Designating Representative Authorized
to Execute the Agreement", be and the same is hereby rescind-
ed.
