A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH JOHN A.
BLUME & ASSOCIATES -- SMALL CRAFT HARBOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of a contract, entitled
"Engineer's Service Agreement, City and John A. Blume &
Associates", with John A. Blume & Associates, Engineers,
for the development of construction plans for the Small
Craft Harbor project, as detailed in said contract, is here-
by authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City and the City
Clerk authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 6th day of February , 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cgrtesi,
and Leo J. Ryan.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " G.J. Rozzi.
