A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH BETHLEHEM STEEL COMPANY - TIDE LAND LOTS 3
AND 4 AND SLOPE EASEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the execution of that certain agreement made this
day of , 19 . , between the City of South San Fran-
cisco, a municipal corporation, and Bethlehem Steel Company, a cor-
poration, is hereby authorized, same being an agreement wherein City
agrees to purcbmse, and Bethlehem Steel Company agrees to sell, the
following described property:
(a) Tide Land Lots 3 and 4 in Section 23, Township 3
South, Range 5 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meri-
dian and Tide Land Lots 28, 29 and 30 of Section
14, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, Mount Diablo
Base and Meridian·
(b) Slope easements as set forth in "Exhibit A", here-
unto annexed and upon the plat marked "Exhibit B"
hereunto annexed·
for the sum of Two Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($202,500.00)
payable in installments as in said agreement provided·
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attests
his signature thereto·
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th
day of August , 1962 , by the following vote:
