MENT WITH CROCKER-ANGlO NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE OF
HEALY TIBBITTS CONSTRUCTION OOMPANY PROFIT-SHARING PLAN-
MARINA DIKE
AYES, COUNCILMEN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the execution of that agreement between the City of
South San Francisco and Crocker-Anglo National Bank as Trustee of
Healy Tibbitts Construction Company Profit-Sharing Plan made the
day of , 19 . , is hereby author-
ized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to exe-

cute said agreement on bebmlf of the City and the City Clerk attests
his signature ~'hereto.
