A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH CROCKER-ANGLO NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE OF
HEALY TIBBITTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PROFIT-SHARING
PLAN - MARINA DIKE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the execution of that agreement between the City
of South San Francisco and Crocker-Anglo National Bank as Trustee
of Healy Tibbitts Construction Company Profit-Sharing Plan bear-
ing date the day of September, 1962, a copy of which is
hereunto annexed, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th
day of September , 19.~..., by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and G. J. Rozzi
