A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH CROCKER-ANGLO NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE OF
HEALY TIBBITTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PROFIT-SHARING PLAN -
MARINA DIKE

October , 1962, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the execution of that agreement between the City of
South San Francisco and Crocker-Anglo National Bank as Trustee of
Healy Tibbitts Construction Company Profit-Sharing Plan bearing date
the 15th day of Oeto~r , 1962, a copy of which is
hereunto annexed, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
